As always, there is always something I want every season and these pretty little things would be appreciated by any lady on your Christmas shopping list.            Every one of us need some new items here and there in our homes at this point since most of us are spending a lot of time at home.    𐍆ather's Day is almost here and it is celebration and gift giving time. Things are however, a lot different this year because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Social distancing rules, enacted to stop the spread of this contagious disease does not encourage gathering of any kind so, there would be no Father's Day dates or barbecue this year. Thankfully, we can still celebrate with our loved ones that are far away from us via Zoom and conference calls. Also, the post office and other delivery services are working hard to deliver our packages. My Wish-List for Mother's Day

               𐌼y Mother's Day wish List this year can also be a Gift Guide for you if you need some inspiration on what to get the young ladies/Mothers in your life. Gift giving is the main way we would all be celebrating this year as we practice social distancing and stay home under quarantine. First on my list is this puff-sleeved pink cotton dress from H&M. It is a lounging outfit that is comfy enough to wear while eating take-out at home with our close family and it would also make a great outfit paired with this color-block strappy sandals when it is finally time to socialize with others again. Face masks are very essential accessories right now and would make great gifts for family and friends. 

Fall Wish List

As seasons change it is important to update and refresh our wardrobe and this can be done by closet editing (donating old pieces and restyling basic essentials) and also revamping of wardrobes (the addition of new affordable pieces) I do this exercise at the beginning of every season by looking at the current trends and deciding on which pieces to add to my closet and what pieces to pass on.

Mother's Day is around the corner and the deals and discounts have started showing up in retail Stores. Macy's  presently has weekend sales going on and there are lots of items that have up to 30% off discounts. I like to shop for bedding and house wares at Macys and after browsing their site recently, I checked out some of these items that are on sale to share with you on here and you can consider this as a gift guide because it is not too early to start buying gifts for Mother's Day. If you are interested in purchasing from Macys, know that there is a 25% discount for first time purchase made on their App when you download it from the App store. The only con is that, the 25% discount code does not apply right away when you download or purchase from the app. You will have to wait a couple days to get the discount code in the mail. The Pearl Earrings Trend

Pearls have been statement jewelry for centuries back and are highly regarded as status jewelry. Their value and price has made them special occasion jewelry; to be worn when there is a very special event and then kept in a safe box. This is true of real, genuine pearls; however, faux pearl or fake pearls have also been around for years and while they are not of great value, they are beautiful to look at and can also be as stylish as the real ones. Some pearls are encrusted with real diamonds or other valuable stones like this cultured fresh water pear drop earrings  that retails for about $800 because it has diamond accents in it and this some what similar set  that retails for about $450. Six trendy items to add to your Closet this Winter

Winter is gradually coming to an end or so we hope. Here in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) where I live, winter can stretch way into spring and with the amount of snow we are having right now plus the amount of sub temps days, this might end up being one of our worst winters yet. Nonetheless, it's not too early to start prepping for spring. The first step in doing this is to do a closet overhaul and donating or throwing out items that are no longer needed or useful, then buying those closet essentials that are trendy and affordable to help us stay stylish all through the year. Below are the items I wish to add to my closet this winter and some of the items are great too to give out as gifts to girlfriends, sisters, daughters or Moms. This is a print that is a big trend this season and when you combine it with pleats, nothing can be so edgy or stylish for any fashionista lady. There is so much hype about the Nordstrom sale going on right now because we all love a good sale. Nordstrom is a store that sells high end, great quality fashion and on regular days, prices can be steep and that is why there is so much buzz around this annual sale. I do not plan to do a lot of shopping but I came up with a Wish List that with cute affordable fashion and accessories for Fall and with the holiday season not so far away, it's not too early to start shopping for gifts for loved ones. You would certainly find some items at a discount during this sale. I really like this transparent back pack here and this very cute plaid boots. When it comes to gifts, this clear handbag protector is great as a stocking stuffer.
