Knit dresses have been my thing lately and not surprising since, they are very easy to style especially in the cold weather months. This black knit dress has been in heavy rotation every winter and I know it is high time I got another replacement piece because a black knit dress is an essential piece in my opinion.
Boots are my favorite style of shoe wear after pumps and since I live in a very cold city, I do have a good stash or collection. However, I realized after going through my closet a year ago, that my boots collection was not as fun as my pumps which is made up of lots of colors and prints; florals, polka dots, animal prints...Haha! I must say the onset of the animal prints trend a couple of seasons ago, set things in motion for me and viola! my boots collection is a bit more fun.

Spring is still a few weeks ago but it's not too early for some closet spring cleaning and wish list. It's time to start doing some closet organizing. Every holiday season, retailers release sequin outfits; dresses, skirts and tops that sell really fast even before they hit the store shelves. Ladies buy these pieces at exorbitant price only to throw them at the back of the closet after the holiday because sequin pieces are usually not every day wear. My approach has always been to purchase one top or blouse that can be styled over and over.
