Summer Floral Dress + Straw Bag

              Another floral dress on the blog today; I have been wearing a lot of them lately and that is mostly because I wore mostly solids all through past winter and I feel like I need to take a break. The last time I wore florals in the winter or cold season, I blogged about it here. Now back to this maxi dress I purchased from Boohoo a couple of years ago and have worn a couple of times and about two times already this summer.

The print, color and style of this maxi dress is beautiful, and the quality of the fabric is great compared to a couple of pieces I have bought from Boohoo before which had very low quality and had to be returned. I styled the dress with a pair of tassel earrings for some statement effect and completed the look with my trusted rattan clutch and a white belt to cinch the waist, plus a pair of heels. White ruffle hem dress + twist knot Sandals

           White color outfits or bright color dresses are the best when it comes to beating the summer heat along with natural fabrics. The heat in Minnesota has been on a high intensity and all my white color outfits are now at the front of my closet. I wore this flared ruffle hem dress recently and styled it with just neutral accessories; one of my favorite way of styling whites. All white Outfit for labor day and beyond.

     Ꭿn all white outfit is a winner any day and any season and since the "no wearing of white after labor day rule" has been thrown out the door a long time ago, my choice of outfit for labor day this year and beyond is an all-white outfit. I have had this Boohoo Dress for a while now and I love how easy it is to wear and also love the puffy sleeves. I styled the dress with white pumps and a straw clutch and a pair of earrings from Jcrew. I love that this outfit is simple and yet a bit sophisticated enough to wear to any socially distant event like a birthday party. I wouldn't wear this white dress to a wedding unless I'm wearing it in a different color because you never want to compete with the bride in white. I love that Boohoo dresses are affordable and come in a variety of colors. However, I think they need to step up the quality of their pieces because it's not that great. What to wear to a Summer Wedding

Summer weddings are very fun and colorful and dressing up for one should be a breeze; think colorful dresses in florals or solid colors and fun accessories. I attended a Marriage Anniversary/Vow Renewal on Saturday and it was my first wedding event of the season; I usually attend a couple of weddings every year (no pun intended with *couple* 😊) It was a beautiful outdoor/garden ceremony with lots of beautiful guests and the reception was indoors. My next wedding invitation is scheduled for early fall so the outfit for that would definitely have a different vibe and color scheme. I cannot express how much I love weddings; they are always so beautiful and special; big or small.
