I hope your week has been going great? I had a computer glitch on Blogger a few days ago where Blogger was not responding and I could not publish my posts. I knew it was a temporal glitch and I was excited to find everything back to normal today. So, here goes the Marathon Posts...lol. Have a great week.

Eshakti Maxi Shirt- Dress
Hello lovelies; you'll have to squint to see these pictures here..lol. My son took them with my phone after church service on Sunday and I never really checked the pictures to make sure they were okay before we left church. I looked in my phone later and was surprised at how dark they all were because the lighting was poor but I did manage to edit them a little to show the shirtdress I wore. I purchased this shirtdress last year from Eshakti and I blogged about it on my wish list here. It was a very simple look and I just paired it with my red fringe sandals I purchased from Zulily. The best thing about this dress is that it is so versatile. Right after church, we stopped by at the lake so the kids could play and my shirtdress was just appropriate for the lake too. I did take some pictures with my Canon DSLR camera at the lake and since those pictures are better, I'll share them later on the blog.

Maxi shirt dresses can be very comfy and very appropriate for the summer. This particular style with the gorgeous print (belt included) is currently sold out but there are other beautiful options out there. Get one, if you like casual, chic and comfy.

Shoe Lovin'- Asos pom-pom Sandals
![]() |
It is true that we do not have to follow every trend out there and sometimes, it just might be because some trendy items can be super expensive. This is why I enjoy the Polyvore website and App a lot because you can make research on different price range of trendy items. Amazon is another great place to shop if you want to look great on a budget. I came across this beautiful Asos pom-pom sandals a few days back and I was surprised to know that they are still in stock. For less than $60, the pom-pom trend can be achieved with this look especially if you are a high heel lover. "Happy Shopping."

Suede Blazer and Denim
These pictures have been saved in my archives for weeks and there are many others from last summer that are saved in my archives too. I figure I'll be doing some house keeping on the blog and doing some marathon posting from now on. It was starting to warm up a little on the day I took these pictures and it felt quite good to give my feet a break from the stockings and boots I wore all winter. It was also the first time I wore these BCBG d'orsay pumps I ordered from DSW last fall. The "prints" is very beautiful and different from my other pairs of leopard print pumps. I definitely would wear this pair out this summer.

Do you like leopard print pumps? I know leopard prints accessories are not trending right now but they are definitely good neutrals to have in the closet.
