Black trench coat and color blocking

It's April; woot! woot!! Summer is almost here. I am very sure this is the most color I ever wore in an outfit during the spring season; usually at this time of the year, we are still bundled up in dark grey heavy coats and snow boots in Minnesota but the weather has been so good to us this year. It was very sunny when I took these pictures on my porch and I actually needed sun glasses. I do not like the way I frown when the sun gets in my I know it is time to rummage in the closets to get out the sunglasses. Summer is around the corner "Yay!!"

Trenchcoat: Nordstrom (old) /sweater: Victoriassecret/ Pants: Jcrewfactory/ Necklace: Loft (old) Pumps: BCBG d'orsay pumps

What accessory are you digging out of your closet for the summer? We all do need sunnies for sure and probably some sun lotion too if you plan on spending a lot of time outside. I can't wait for summer to get
