Gingham Pants and button down shirt
Happy new month; it's June already. Say yes to the beautiful weather we are having now. I wore this outfit a while back and since it is a simple outfit, I'm just going to keep this post simple too. A button down shirt is an essential in a lady's closet and having a printed pant which in this case is "gingham," is not a bad idea. I paired the look with this comfy block heel sandals that you can buy at any price point irrespective of your budget

The year in review - 2016
So, 2016 is almost over and this post is a review of most of the looks that were featured on this blog during the course of the year. In the previous years, I'll do a summary every quarter but I was not able to do so this year so, this post is pretty long and picture heavy. I tried to break down the outfits into different categories to make for easy viewing but I was not able to link each photograph to the original post. Thanks so much for your readership and support on here and I wish you all an amazing 2017.

It is possible to incorporate florals into an outfit for work in the spring and summer in an effortless manner by getting similar items and accessories pictured above. Below are pics of outfit collages for inspiration on building the perfect and chic floral wardrobe using the above pieces.

Floral in a Board meeting/Formal Event
Wearing a full floral outfit like a two piece skirt or pant suit or a dress whether maxi or tea length is okay too for the season however, there is nothing elegant about such looks (because it's so predictable) compared to just adding subtle floral piece or accessory here and there. Stay tuned for future posts on this topic.

Spring Trend; Bomber Jackets by ojomrs featuring a spring outfit
Spring is in the air and I can't wait to see all the colors and beauty that comes with the season; the blooming trees and sweet smell of grass and all the yummy pastel colors. Pastels always trend every season and it is not different this time. I have been busy on Polyvore putting pieces together and you can check out more of my sets here.
