Fashion Inspiration for Spring Break

 

          Are you packed for spring break yet? If you are looking to get away for spring break and need some inspiration on what fashion pieces to take with you, this post is for you. If I were to pack for a getaway to a sunny destination where there is water (Beach or Pool) and I want to make my entire wardrobe interesting, the first thing I would do is to pick a theme or color for my style. Do I want to pack classic pieces or do I want to go bohemian? Also, It might be a great idea to let your destination dictate your style.

In these Spring guides, I decided to pick a color theme by mixing neutrals with bold colors like red and pink. For the first collage, I picked this lovely Cos sleeveless knit dress that can easily go from the beach to dinner. You can use it as a cover up at the beach or pool and you can throw a blazer over it in the evening for dinner. 

This This Banana Republic straw hat would go very well with this H&M black swimsuit. And if you need a stylish bag to complete the look, This Mango straw bag is very chic and stylish. And this H&M linen shirt set and pink swimsuit would complete the color theme. You can add neutral color sandals or shoes to go with the theme. As always, this is just a guide. You can always find less affordable pieces from any retailer of your choice.

Red is a color that is trending right now and it would be great to pack a red dress on your trip. This Cos red dress is a good style because of the asymmetrical hem. You can DIY a bow accessory by using a scarf or ribbon too. I love this Raffia Clutch too. I have a similar one I purchased from JCrew a long time ago and it comes in handy in the summertime for styling dresses (styled  here and here.) Any white kitten heels would do for styling outfits this season. Pearls are also trending. The pearl choker I featured in the collage here is just for inspiration because it is currently sold out. As always, you can find less affordable pieces at different retailers.
