Things to do to enhance the earth
plant a tree, work in your garden, pick up trash from the parks and everywhere around you, recycle and consume less, ride a bike often, take walks and eat healthy and drink lots of water and do not forget to feed your spirit too. Read your Bible, pray and meditate often #earthday
Thrifting, consignment shopping and rentals is another way of contributing to environmental consciousness or earth awareness. When you thrift or donate items, you consume less and promote recycling.
To commemorate #earthday, I’m sharing some of my recent thrifted items. The picture frame, vase and and straw bag in the pics above were thrifted. The tags are still on some of the items but I actually got a 20% discount on them which was such a great bargain. I love to change the decor/picture frames around my home and really love thrifting for them. Check out how I styled this straw bag here last summer. Happy Earthday 🌍 🌿
