How to have a stress-free Christmas: Fashion Edition

Christmas is supposed to be a time of joy, family, sharing and peace as it should be every season but we cannot deny the fact that a lot of people are stressed during Christmas every year. They stress about what to eat, where to go, what to wear or even who and how to entertain. This post is to assure you that it is possible to have a fashionable stress-free Christmas Holiday; "How to have a stress-free Christmas: Fashion Edition."

The key is to repeat and restyle your past Christmas and holiday outfits. There is no need to stress over what to wear to any occasion or event. You can take out that sequin skirt or pant you wore last season and pair it with a cardigan, blazer or sweater to achieve a new look. I love this styling I saw on the JCrew website where the model wore a pink sequin midi pencil skirt over a pink color dress to create an outfit. The look was very chic and effortless. I had to pin it on my Pinterest Board here. You can also restyle a sequin dress by wearing a skirt over it to turn it into a blouse or wearing a blazer or sweater over it to turn it into a skirt; you know what I mean. The styling option is a lot.

You can even see examples of what I mean from all my looks on this blog post where I styled the same sequin skirt different ways over a couple of Christmas/holiday seasons. I paired the skirt with a white blazer, with a brown sweater and a striped sequin sweater. I even went further by pairing the stripped sequin sweater with a white pair of trousers and you can see all the looks in these blog posts below.

Here with the white blazer and  paired with striped sweater here and here with sparkly accessories and paired with a brown sweater here. The stripped sweater and white trousers look can be found here. So, this is your gentle reminder to repeat and restyle your outfits. Doing this would totally reduce your stress levels when it comes to dressing up for any occasion or event. Have yourself a very merry and fashionable, stress-free Christmas 🎄
